Dick Threats 'Meat Cash' available now

SBBCS007
Dick Threats
Meat Cash
Edition of 100

Meat Cash is built from a series of quick cut movements, each hinged on overdriven and abused rhythms. Pounding industrial noise filth and simple analogue electronics colour movement throughout, though often these gestures are pushed into a sweaty alliance with an ecstatic pulse seeking physical interpretation. The Dick Threats modus operandi: low fidelity dance noise - another beer bong for Daphne Oram please.

Sabbatical Presents: Dick Threats MEAT CASH cassette launch

Dick Threats are STOKED! MATE! to launch their first cassette 'Meat Cash' through Sabbatical. Come down and congratulate us for taking about 3 months longer than we planned. Dick Threats are Mark and Sharryn Groves: Overdriven sampled rhythms, oscillations, cassette tape, voice, trumpet and analogue electronics. Earbleedarseshakeexperience: http://soundcloud.com/dickthreats

WORNG makes hypnotic spatial noise. You might find it hard to concentrate, just go with it: http://soundcloud.com/worng

Fulton Bequest - Matt and Scott from Sunglass dust off the pedals, synths and amps to make their semi-annual appearance in the Fulton Bequest guise and soothe the audience to sleep with their distorted/phased/delayed space lullabies.

Mondo Loco's vinyl sets stretch from Turkish Psychedelic Rock to Middle Eastern Jazz. Expect a journey of heavy Anatolian psych funk, jazz and the rare sounds of Turkish garage, protest folk and fuzzy disco!
